If you’re a first time bike buyer or wanting another I definitely recommend DFW Honda. I worked with Merlin, the finance department, and parts department. Everyone was extremely friendly, personable, knowledgeable , and walked through the process of everything. All warranties, services packages, and payment options were explained clearly and not pushed on you. I definitely recommend! I love my new 2023 Honda Navi!

Got my 2nd Motorcycle from DFW Honda a couple weeks back. Sales rep 'Roy Marohn' was friendly and took the time to help me with my questions and closing a deal on a busy Saturday, while also working with other customers. Roy helped me decide which motorcycle was best for my needs + budget, and worked with me on various scenarios (like trade in / or not) and answered a lot of questions... I would also like to mention Tanner in the service shop, a very friendly and helpful service person, dealt very patiently when I asked to double check engine oil, brake oil etc.. Extremely helpful sales, finance and service staff. Highly recommend DFW Honda for your next motorcycle purchase.

First of all, I have been a customer at DFW Honda for over 10 years. The service department is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Jacob, the service manager has always gone above and beyond with the needs for my bike. So much so, that even if I don’t purchase a bike from DFW Honda, I take it to their service department. I recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. I know they will get a fair deal, and know that their bike will be well taken care of with any maintenance need it may need. When you show up just ask for Jacob!

I had the privilege of working with Merlin and Justin as I bought my first motorcycle. I couldn’t be more pleased with their assistance and guidance as I navigated my first purchase; they are excellent with explaining what goes into the purchase, what to expect with finances, and what the warranties will cover. I strongly recommend new riders who are unfamiliar with purchasing vehicles to talk with either one of them. Overall service and communication were top-notch; there was nothing kept in the dark from me with my purchase and even after the purchase I am still able to contact either of them in regards to questions I have with warranties and servicing. It’s clear that everyone at DFW Honda genuinely enjoys motorcycling and working with each other; not only are they knowledgeable with what they are selling but work incredibly well with each other in the different departments. I will be coming back in the future for purchasing any motorcycle-related business and I will be telling my friends who are new to motorcycling to come to this dealership when buying their first bike.

I recently purchased a 2023 Honda ADV 150 from DFW Honda. My salesman that helped me with this purchase was Merlin House and my parts counter guy who sold me a few accessories was Dave Pence. I can honestly say that my experience with these two guys was wonderful. Both of them were true professionals. I was thoroughly impressed with the product knowledge each one had. Also, at every step in the process, they were friendly and eager to help. I truly felt that customer satisfaction was thier highest priority. I am a happily satisfied customer and without hesitation I would gladly recomend these two gentleman and this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase a new motorcyle or purchase any accessories. Called DFW Honda where I purchased a Honda Ruckus to go over finance paperwork a bit slower than the day I purchased it! Their finance man was very friendly and took the time to explain line by line the charges. Unfortunately, with new circumstances in my life, I was selling it, and had questions about that portion of my scooter also. He never acted as if my questions were wearing on his patience, but actually went beyond the call to obtain more information, after the original call! I received the unexpected 2nd call from him a bit later with additional data and when we hung up, I was satisfied. I followed the bit of advice and got the maximum payback from a local buyer just 2 days later! The neat part about it, was that I had purchased the scooter 2 years ago and he could’ve told me it wasn’t worth bringing it back up or anything else, but he had knowledge in sales at Honda before moving into his finance position, and really took pride in his job dealing with me, a customer, not passing me back over to sales, but directly assisting me. Thank you!! 😊
